I don’t live in the city where I purchased my condo so Curtis narrated and recorded virtual tours for me. His videos were very thorough. In addition to the inside of the property, he included the exterior, the parking lot, the surrounding properties, and common areas. Curtis is a great communicator. He is readily available via phone, text, and email. If he can’t answer you immediately he will respond promptly. During my transaction, a lot of time was spent waiting for the lender to do their part and waiting for an appraiser to become available. There was nothing Curtis could do to assist or speed up that part of the process; however, he stayed in constant contact with me to see if I had any questions or concerns. Curtis knows his market inside and out. He has great relationships with other local Realtors and is good with people. He was very patient with me. I have a poor memory so I probably asked Curtis the same questions several times but he gladly answered all of them. I also had some difficulty understanding the buying process and several documents I had to sign. He explained it all to me and never made me feel stupid or uncomfortable for not knowing. I feel that Curtis always put maximum effort into making sure I made it to the closing table and he was present at closing. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity, and hard work ethic were very much appreciated. I truly enjoyed working with Curtis. It was a wonderful experience. The only thing I regret is that I could not afford a more expensive property so he could have received a larger commission. I highly recommend Curtis to anyone looking to do real estate transactions in the Fayetteville/Fort Bragg/Cumberland County, NC area."
